ONE HealthCare Professionals was founded in 2002 by Liliane de Vries, RPN, CPCC. Liliane graduated as an RPN (Registered Practical Nurse) back in 1977. Her first nursing job was at Toronto General Hospital, Ontario, Canada, on an oncology unit. She saw healthcare at its best in those years.Healthcare changed as did the roles and responsibilities of many disciplines. Progressively she saw healthcare professionals becoming overwhelmed.They were in serious conflict with finding the time to do a great job, remain connected to their passion for caring and getting physical and emotional support due to cutbacks and changes.Healthcare professionals were burning out, segregating and resorting to toxic behaviours such as blame,judgement and defensiveness in order to survive.There was a clear need to be heard and understood and even though everyone was longing for the same thing,survival took over.Healthcare was and still is in a crisis and it is time to change the way we handle things.

ONE HealthCare Professionals was created to start the conversations that needed to be had and our mission is to take healthcare from a survival mode to a thriving mode as ONE,individually and collectively.

Our vision is to touch the lives of all healthcare professionals, globally, from alternative healers and front line staff to managers, physicians, senior leaders and CEOs. We are here to listen, share our stories,share ideas,learn from each other,build relationships and create possiblities.We come together to find new ways of thriving in a rewarding profession. ONE HealthCare Professionals supports this community in clearly identifying the Champions of Change and helping you get reconnected to the power you have control of. We help you find your way to deal with the everyday stresses, overwhelms, conflicts and realities of the job. We help you rekindle your passion for the profession you deserve to be proud of.

Our approach is through one on one coaching, workshops, speaking engagements, and leadership certification courses amongst many other activities. We encourage self – responsibility. Our goal is to bring this community together as ONE. Each individual must be thriving as ONE to be part of a thriving team as ONE and in turn the organization and profession they are a part of as ONE.We are ONE!
